1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days.
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available for select cities with additional charges).

We partner with trusted courier services such as TCS and Leopard Courier to ensure timely deliveries.

Shipping Charges:

  • Flat Rate: PKR 250 on all orders.
  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 5,000

3. International Shipping (Currently Unavailable)

4. Delivery Areas and Restrictions

  • We currently deliver to all major cities and regions within Pakistan.
  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times due to courier limitations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress on the courier’s website.

  • If your package arrives damaged or if the wrong product is delivered, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
